The practice aims to firstly reduce stress and relieve tension and then to create a sense of balance, strength and flexibility within the body and within the mind.
This practice of yoga is for everyone, regardless of your level of experience.

My name is Verity Perkins.
I have been studying and teaching Yoga for 8 years. Over these years I have trained extensively with Shantarasa Yoga - a traditional yoga school in Australia.
Yoga has been a transformative study and journey in my life and I am very grateful to be able to share yogic practices, teachings and principles with others seeking.
