In this course, we will guide you through the proper alignment, modifications, and variations of foundational yoga asanas (postures) Allowing you to really give some time to work with each asana along with finding your breath to experience its restorative benefits and find comfort and relaxation. Through a combination of traditional yoga, pranayama, and meditation techniques, we will help you develop a deeper connection with your breath, release tension in your body, and quiet your mind. Your yoga instructor Verity with offer guidance and support, ensuring that you feel safe and comfortable throughout your practice what ever your level of experience. By the end of this course, you will not only have a solid understanding of foundational asanas, but you will also have the tools and knowledge to incorporate this pose into your daily routine, promoting overall wellness and mindfulness. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this course is designed to meet you where you are and help you take your practice to the next level.
